Project Hail Mary stars Ryan Gosling (Barbie, La La Land) along with Sandra Hüller (Anatomy of a Fall, Zone of Interest) in a sci-fi epic. The film centers around Gosling’s character being sent on a space mission to save humanity. The film is based on the book of the same name written by Andy Weir, who you might know for writing The Martian. Ready or Not 2: Here I Come – March 20
Ready or Not 2 is the sequel to the action thriller film Ready or Not. The film stars Samara Weaving (Ready or Not, Azrael) as Grace MacCaullay, once again being hunted by rich families including actors such as Sarah Michelle Geller (I Know What You Did Last Summer, Cruel Intentions), Elijah Wood (Lord of the Rings), and David Cronenberg, director of The Fly and History of Violence. To raise the stakes of this hunt, the elites have brought along Grace’s sister, played by Kathryn Newton (Lisa Frankenstein, Freaky). Tow is a drama based on the true story of Amanda Ogle, a homeless woman living out of her car who is forced to fight a tow company after they take her car. The film stars Rose Byrne (If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, Insidious) as Amanda Ogle and Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers) as her lawyer. The film looks to be a stressful, yet uplifting story. Forbidden Fruits – March 27
Forbidden Fruits is a comedy horror film centered around a witchy cult in a mall who inducts a new member. The film stars Lili Reinhart (Hal & Harper, Riverdale), Victoria Pedretti (You, Haunting of Hill House), and Alexandra Shipp (X-Men Apocalypse, Tick Tick Boom) as the members of the cult with Lola Tung (The Summer I Turned Pretty) as Pumpkin, the new member. The Drama is A24’s comedy-drama film centered around the drama between a couple in the days leading up to their wedding as their relationship turns into chaos. The Christophers – April 10
The Christophers is Steven Soderbergh’s (Ocean’s 11, Erin Brockovich) film about two siblings who hire a forger to finish their father’s works of art known as the Christophers. Faces of Death – April 10
Faces of Death is a horror film based on the 1978 film of the same name. The original film is famous for being banned in multiple countries. This time around the film is being directed by Daniel Goldhaber, who found a lot of success with his previous film, How to Blow Up a Pipeline. Faces of Death stars Barbie Ferreira (Euphoria), Dacre Montgomery (Stranger Things, Dead Man’s Wire), and Charli XCX (The Moment). Normal – April 17
Normal is an action film about a sheriff who uncovers secrets hidden in a small town. The film stars Bob Odenkirk (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul) as the sheriff and Henry Winkler (Barry, Waterboy) as the mayor, with a supporting performance from Lena Headey (Game of Thrones). The film looks to be heavily based on Edgar Wright’s Hot Fuzz with a twist of action from Bob Odenkirk’s Nobody movies. Overall, if you’re a fan of those two movies, go see Normal on April 17.

4 Kids Walk Into a Bank is a comedy heist film based on the comic series of the same name. The film stars Talia Ryder (Honey Don’t!, Dumb Money) as Paige, a woman who is forced to rob a bank with her friends before her father, played by Liam Neeson (Schindler’s List, Taken), can do it. The film also has a supporting role from Jack Dylan Grazer (It, Friendship). If you are a fan of heist movies and The Naked Gun (2025), go see 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank on April 17.
Lee Cronin’s The Mummy – April 17
Lee Cronin, director of Evil Dead Rise, creates his version of The Mummy. The film centers around the Cannon family, who lose their daughter out of nowhere. Eight years later, she reappears. The film stars Jack Reynor (Midsommar) and Laia Costa (The Wheel of Time, Newness). If you’re a big fan of Evil Dead Rise—or a horror fan in general—go see The Mummy on April 17.
